The Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement (CLCE) develops students into leaders that will make a positive difference in the world. These programs help each student discover their passion and talents, while developing their skills and understanding of leadership and active citizenship.

The Leadership Studies Program is interdisciplinary in nature and is a significant benefit to students in all areas of study. CHARGECHARGE: Grab Service By the Horns

CHARGE is our annual day of service helping first-year students connect with the Tampa community by lending a hand to others. It's also a great chance to get to know your fellow bulls and make some new friends. It will take place on Saturday, August 22nd, from 9am to 1pm. All first-year students are encouraged to sign-up as participants. Upperclassmen are needed to serve as site leaders for the day. Registration links will be available soon.

Enroll today to join the next cohort of students entering the Certified Student Leader Program. This program combines leadership education with real-life experiences to help you develop your skills and your ability to articulate your leadership philosophy.
