Every Spring, The CLCE recruits dedicated, passionate, and creative students to work with the center's staff to plan these dynamic programs. The CLCE Student Leadership Boards give members a chance to learn valuable skills and gain experience working with other amazing student leaders and staff to design and coordinate some of the most dynamic programs on campus. Application Requirements
These positions are all voluntary and students selected for positions with a Leadership Board are expected to hold 5 office hours per week. The positions are open from entry level to advanced, so even if you have had limited past experiences on Boards, bring your talents, energy and interests and apply for a position. Students must be enrolled at least part-time (6 credits) and have an overall USF GPA of 2.5 (except LEAD Fellows candidates who are required to have a minimum 3.0 GPA). Please note that it is generally preferred that students only serve in one Leadership Board position.

BLAST (Bulls Leading and Serving Tampa)
B.L.A.S.T. makes it easy to get connected to community service! A student organization in the Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement (CLCE), B.L.A.S.T. works to develop new traditions of service at USF. These easy-access, one-time projects occur monthly and are geared towards bringing individual students and student organizations together for service. Whether you are a committed volunteer or are volunteering for the first time – B.L.A.S.T. projects are fun and meaningful!

BullSERVE
BullServe is an easy access program whereby students can volunteer at local community organizations. Programs occur daily and are partnered with local soup kitchens, hospitals, child facilities, etc. All projects are led by a student site leader who leads reflection and facilitates the project.

Dance Marathon (DM)
Dance Marathon is a national student-directed philanthropy program that benefits the local Children's Miracle Network (CMN) affiliate All Children's Hospital (ACH) in St. Petersburg, FL. This 17-hour dance event at USF includes entertainment, testimonies from families and children battling health problems at ACH and overall raises important money for children's health issues.

Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) Leadership Board

LEAD Fellows Board Positions
LEAD Fellows is a student consulting organization that provides peer-to-peer consulting on hot topic issues such as member recruitment, team building, communication, conflict resolution and more.
